Operator Manual

General Troubleshooting

Additional Information

Door stopped moving before being completely open or

closed.

• If status indicator lighting is present, light is red on

one side.

1. Verify if something is obstructing door. If so,

remove obstruction.

2. Press Command button. NOTE: If doors are open,

press Command button to close all doors.

Pressure is too low.

• If status indicator lighting is present, light is red on

one side.

1. Verify if there is air pressure leakage.
2. If so, call STERIS (service charges may be incurred).

One of the door cylinders is defective.

• If status indicator lighting is present, light is red on

one side.

1. Call STERIS (service charges may be incurred).

Electrical connection from conveyor to rack return is

disconnected.

• If status indicator lighting is present, lights are green

or white on both sides.

1. Call STERIS (service charges may be incurred).

System software is malfunctioning.

• If status indicator lighting is present, lights are green

or white on both sides.

1. Turn rack return power OFF.
2. Turn rack return power ON.
3. If problem reoccurs, call STERIS (service charges

may be incurred).

6.10 Rack Stuck in Chamber

Condition

Stop rod did not go down; feed-out conveyor was unable to pull accessory rack out of chamber.

General Troubleshooting

Additional Information

Pressure is too low.

• If status indicator lighting is present, light is red on

one side.

1. Verify if there is air pressure leakage.
2. If so, call STERIS (service charges may be incurred).

One of the stop rod cylinders is defective.
