13.1 First Time Setup
•
Make sure that your
PC’s clock is set correctly. JMS synchronizes the instrument’s
clock with the PC's clock each time it polls data. Data recorded after polling will
have use the new clock setting.
•
When the program first starts, a "No com port" message is displayed. Select [OK] to
dismiss the message.
•
The radio settings must be setup, which can be to by either:
o
Select "Select a port" text at the bottom of the screen.
o
Select the System Tab and then select the [Edit Settings] button.
