## - Set the hour of the day to initiate the first regeneration.
Default is 00, midnight.
EXAMPLE:

If interval is 12 and hour is 5, the regenerations will be at
5:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
If interval is 6 and the hour is 4, the regenerations will be at
4:00 AM, 10:00 AM, 4:00 PM, and 10:00 PM.
