a. From the Extension Configuration window,

General tab

, select an extension

that needs to be synchronized with Exchange.

exactly as they appear in the Extension Configuration dialog box.

In Extension Configuration,

Mail Management

tab, make sure that the

E-mail

Name

field contains alphanumeric characters only and does not contain other

characters such as spaces ( ) or periods ( . ).

3. In Exchange Manager, for Exchange 2003, ensure that for each mailbox in Microsoft

Exchange Server to be synchronized, the

First Name

Last Name

are exactly

as they appear in their corresponding extensions in MaxAdmin.

Note:

The

Middle Initial

field should be

empty

for Exchange Server mail accounts

in order for Exchange integration to work properly.
