Chapter 2: System Configuration

System Log Configuration

The System log is designed to monitor the operation of the AT-GS950/48
switch by recording the event messages it generates during normal
operation. These events may provide vital information about system
activity that can help in the identification and solutions of system
problems.

To configure the System log, perform the following procedure:

1. From the main menu on the left side of the page, click the

System

folder.
The

System

folder expands.

2. From the

System

folder, select

System Log Settings

.

The System Log Configuration Page is displayed. See Figure 22.
