Check if the main control
board and the nverter board as
well as the inverter board and
module board are respectively
wired correctly;

Check if the communication
loop between main control
board and inverter board is in
normal conditions.
3. Abnormity confirmation
conditions
Failure alarm if communication
signal fails to be detected for
continuous 30s and INV control
board recovers immediately
upon signal detection.

Poor communication of
inverter board or main control
board.
Check if the main control board
and variable frequency board is
wired correctly.
Check if the communication circuit
of main control board is normal.
Check if the circuit of variable
frequency board is normal.
Replace and compare the
neighboring cabinet by
exclusion method.
Replace the main control board.
Replace the variable frequency
board.
Adjust the wires between main
control board and variable
frequency board.
