Selects Channel 1, Channel 2, or Math as the waveform to
be measured.
Time
Width (Negative)
Measure the negative pulse width of a waveform (The time
from the mid-threshold of the first falling edge to the
mid-threshold of the next rising edge)
Width (Positive)
Measure the positive pulse width of a waveform (the time
from the mid-threshold of the first rising edge to the
mid-threshold of the next falling edge)
Frequency
Measure the frequency of a waveform
Period
Measure the period of a waveform (the time between the
mid-threshold crossings of two consecutive, like-polarity
edge)
Rise Time
Measure the rise time of a waveform (the time at the upper
threshold minus the time at the lower threshold of the
edge)
Fall Time
Measure the fall time of a waveform (the time at the lower
threshold minus the time at the upper threshold on the
edge)
Duty Cycle (Positive)
Duty Cycle (Negative)
Measure the positive and negative duty cycle of a waveform
Duty Cycle is defined as (Pwidth / Period) * (100) which is
the percentage of the period that the waveform is high
T Max
The first time that the maximum voltage occurs on display
T Min
The first time that the minimum voltage occurs on the
display
