Using the Module

Setting Up the PL-GPC 220

Changing the Injection Loop

1

Change the Idle and Low flow rates to 0.2 mL/min and the Idle temperature 
to 40 °C.

2

Put the instrument into IDLE mode and let the oven cool.

Only continue if oven is at 40 °C.

3

Put the instrument into STANDBY mode and open the oven lids.

4

Replace the injection loop with the new loop size.

5

Continue with following procedure: 

“Running the PL-GPC 220”

on page 49.
