Accuracy
Relative measuremen t accuracy includes stabilit y , temp erature
co ecien t, linearit y , rep eatabilit y and calibration in terp olation error.
Relative measuremen t accuracy is sp ecied when all of the following
conditions are satised:
1. W arm-up time : 30 min utes
2. T est cable length : 0 m, 1 m, 2 m or 4 m (16048 A/B/D/E)
F or 2 m or 4 m cable length op eration, test signal v oltage and test
frequency are set according to Figure A. (2 m and 4 m cable can
b e used only when Option 006 is installed.)
3. OPEN and SHOR T corrections ha v e b een p erformed.
4. Bias curren t isolation : OFF
(F or accuracy with bias curren t isolation, refer to supplemen tal
p erformance c haracteristics.)
5. T est signal v oltage and DC bias v oltage are set according to
Figure B.
6. The optimum measuremen t range is selected b y matching the
DUT's imp edance to the eective measuring range sho wn in T able
3-1-1, page 3-7. (F or example, if the DUT's imp edance is 50 k,
the optimum range is the 30 k range.)
