6.7. EMERGENCY STOP AND RESTART
Press the machine emer-
gency button in imminently
hazardous conditions. Ma-
chine operations stop imme-
diately.
After having normalised
working conditions, release
the mushroom head button
and press the “Reset” button
to reset the cycle.
Press the “Start” button to
restart the cycle.
IMPORTANT: an emergency stop will also occur
when the machine cover blockage shut-off is opened.
Begin restart operations as indicated earlier.
6.8. SPOOL LOADING
1 - Turn the selector "manual/automatic" to
the "manual" position.
2 - Move the spindle to the "Start cycle" posi-
tion using the "rotating ring rotation" key.
3 - Open the movable guard.
4 - Press the button ( B ) and
remove flange ( A ).
5 - Place the spool on the
spindle, insert the flange
and press the button
again.
6 - Block the flange by
pressing ring ( C ).
6.7. ARRESTO IN EMERGENZA E RIAVVIO
Premere il pulsante di
emergenza della macchina
in condizioni di rischio im-
minente. Le sue funzioni si
arrestano istantaneamen-
te.
Dopo aver normalizzato le
condizioni di esercizio, sbloc-
care il pulsante a fungo e pre-
mere il pulsante "Reset" per
ripristinare il ciclo.
Per riavviare il ciclo preme-
re il pulsante "Start".
IMPORTANTE: l’arresto d’emergenza avviene an-
che all’apertura dei ripari mobili interbloccati. Atti-
vare le condizioni di rimessa in esercizio come
indicato in precedenza.
6.8. CARICO BOBINA
1 - Ruotare il selettore "manuale/automatico"
sulla posizione "manuale".
2 - Portare il mandrino in posizione "Inizio ci-
clo" agendo sul tasto "rotazione anello ro-
tante".
3 - Aprire il riparo mobile.
4 - Premere il pulsante ( B )
e sfilare la flangia ( A ).
5 - Inserire la bobina sul
mandrino, infilare la
flangia e ripremere il
pulsante.
6 - Bloccare la flangia pre-
mendo l’anello ( C ).
