Wrapping cycle selection keys
Each key is equipped with a led that lights up when
the key is pushed.
6) "Total wrapping" cycle
selection key
The product is complete-
ly spirally wrapped in-
cluding additional head
and tail wraps.
7) "Head and tail" cycle
selection key
Only the head and tail of
the product are wrapped
leaving the centre of the
product free.
The number of wraps is
set using button

8) "By-pass" cycle selec-
tion key
The product crosses the
machine without being
wrapped.
9) "Wrap" cycle selection
key (jog)
The product is wrapped
with separated bands.
Distance is set using
button

10) "Head/tail exposed co-
verage" key : the pro-
duct is wrapped leaving
head and tail coverage exposed. To achieve this
effect, set product stop time (see § 6.4.) in a posi-
tion behind the spool.
11) "Head/tail aligned coverage" key : product is
wrapped aligning coverage with head and tail ed-
ges. To achieve this effect, set product stop time
(see § 6.4.) in a position aligned with the spool.
12) "Head/tail overlapping coverage" key : product
is wrapped overlapping the head and tail. To achie-
ve this effect, set product stop time (see § 6.4.) in
a position overlapping the spool.

10) Tasto “ copertura testa/coda arretrata”: il prodot-
to viene avvolto in testa e in coda con una copertura
della fasciatura arretrata. Per ottenere questo effetto
impostare i tempi per l’arresto prodotto (vedi § 6.4.)
in posizione arretrata rispetto alla bobina.
11) Tasto “ copertura testa/coda a filo”: il prodotto
viene avvolto in testa e in coda con una copertura
della fasciatura a filo. Per ottenere questo effetto im-
postare i tempi per l’arresto prodotto (vedi § 6.4.) in
posizione a filo rispetto alla bobina.
12) Tasto “copertura testa/coda sporgente”: il pro-
dotto viene avvolto in testa e in coda con una coper-
tura della fasciatura sporgente. Per ottenere questo
effetto impostare i tempi per l’arresto prodotto (vedi
§ 6.4.) in posizione sporgente rispetto alla bobina.
