4.7. PNEUMATIC CONNECTIONS
Proceed as follows for this operation.
1 - insert the hose (with metallic screw clamp) in the
fitting.
2 - Tighten the hose using
the clap ( A ).
3 - Start pneumatic supply.
4 - Check that the pressure
gauge ( B ) indicates at
least 6 bar.
5 - Adjust pressure, if nec-
essary, using knob ( C ).
6 - With a general inspec-
tion, check if the cylin-
ders are supplied and
efficient.
4.8. MACHINE INSPECTION
IMPORTANT: inspection operations should be
performed according to a defined procedure, indicat-
ed and authorised by the Manufacturer.
During the machine inspection phase, evaluate wheth-
er the safety conditions are adequate and only begin if
this requisite is satisfied.
4.7. ALLACCIAMENTO PNEUMATICO
Per questa operazione procedere nel modo indicato.
1 - Infilare il tubo (con fascetta metallica a vite) nel
raccordo a resca.
2 - Stringere il tubo tramite
la fascetta ( A ).
3 - Attivare l’alimentazione
pneumatica.
4 - Controllare che il mano-
metro ( B ) indichi una
pressione di almeno 6
bar.
5 - Regolare la pressione,
se necessario, tramite il
pomello (
C ).
6 - Verificare, attraverso un
controllo generale, se gli attuatori sono alimentati
ed efficienti.
4.8. COLLAUDO MACCHINA
IMPORTANTE: le operazioni di collaudo della
macchina devono essere eseguite secondo una proce-
dura predefinita, eventualmente indicata ed autoriz-
zata dal costruttore.
Durante la fase di collaudo della macchina, valutare se
le condizioni di sicurezza sono adeguate ed avviarla
solo se tale requisito è conforme.
