4.1.4. Analog Inputs (TB302)
Both analog inputs are differential, buffered by a precision unity gain differential INA105
amplifier and converted to digital by a 16-bit ADS8320 analog to digital converter
allowing an input voltage in the range of ±10 volts. This produces a resolution of 305
uVolts per bit of the A/D.
Analog input 0 is also available at J205, see Section 3.1.3. The analog inputs have a 25k
Ohm input, impedance and should be driven by a low impedance source such as an op-
amp output.
To interface to a single-ended (non-differential) voltage, refer to Figure 4-9; connect the
signal common of the source to the negative (-) input and connect your signal to the
positive (+) input. A floating signal source should be referenced to the signal
common (pin 1, AGND) as shown in Figure 4-9.
