Manipulator Manual of AIR20-A Industrial Robot

Project Maintenance Process

Check the fixation between the cables and fixing plate for wear or

damage.

Check the internal cables for wear or damage..

In case of crack, wear or damage, please contact us for

replacement timely.

Check if the lubricating grease on the internal cable surface has

disappeared.

If so, it shall be replenished timely.

The cable in the base to keep the shape "U" type like the figure Fig.

13-2.

Install the cover plate, and coat the joint surface between the cover

plate and base with sealant

Check and Repair Process as follows:

Remove elbow cable retaining plate as shown in Fig. 13-3.

Pull out the cable and check whether the cable is reliably connected
