Remove the battery cover on the electrical mounting plate of
manipulator as shown in Fig. 13-5.

Remove the old battery from the box and put the new battery into the
box. Be sure to keep the positive and negative polarities of battery
same as the old one.

reconnect the battery pin connector
6.
Install the battery cover
7.
coat the joint surface between the electrical mounting plate and
battery cover with the sealant.
8.
Make sure that all safety conditions are met, and then perform the
calibration and testing of manipulator.

Replace grease
Operation machine J1 axis to J6 axis reducer, every 11520 hours or 3 years
(whichever is shorter), need to replace the internal grease.
Grease type and grease quantity, please refer to Table 13-1.
