Check whether the cable and the bracket are fixed for wear or
damage.
4.
Inspect internal cables for wear and tear.
5.
In case of cracks, wear or damage, please contact us for
replacement.
6.
Check internal cable surface grease for disappearance.
7.
If the grease on the cable surface disappears, it should be replaced
in time.
8.
Put the cable inside the elbow.
9.
Install cable fixed plate.

unqualified cables may cause the robot to not work properly.

Check and Repair Process as follows:

Remove the cover plate as shown in Fig. 13-4.
2.
Check the fixation between the cable and bracket for wear or
damage.
3.
Check the internal cables for wear or damage.
