Assembly of sunbed coverings
To protect the outer skins of the sunbed, they are delivered disassembled
and packed separately.
Assembly of coverings at the rear column and the top canopy
The sickle-shaped coverings for the rear column and the top canopy are
assembled at the headend and footend.
Each of these coverings is secured at three points.
At the rear clumn the two foremost screws are hidden under the cover. The
screws are let into the key-shaped holes. With the rearmost, visible screw
the covering is fixed.
The top canopy covering is set into the top canopy frame and is fixed from
the rear side. Snug fit is provided by two short, thick locating pins and two
corresponding drill holes at the top canopy frame.
Assemble the cover for the rear column.
- Take the cover and set the hidden screws into the key holes
of the rear column.
- Push the cover backwards.
- Fasten cover with screw.
Assemble cover for the top canopy.
- Take the cover and set the fitting pins into the holes of the
top canopy frame.
- Fasten cover with three screws.
Assembly of covers at the sunbed bench
The sunbed bench is covered at the headend and at the footend.
Into the cover at the headend side the passive shoulder tanners and the
emergency stop button are integrated. The loudspeakers in the sunbed
bench are also integrated into the cover. The cover at the footend does not
accomodate any additional components.
Assemble the passive shoulder tanners.
- Push a screw from below through the mounting hole.
- Put the frame with one mounting hole onto the screw.
- Fasten screw hand-tight.
- Adjust the frame with the other mounting hole to the second
screw..
- Tighten screws.
Assemble the cover at the headend.
- Take the cover and position yourself at the headend.
- Hold the cover in such a way that the emergency stop button
is visible.
