GENERAL INFORMATION
When the machine is going to be used for wet scrubbing, the solution tank is filled water and soap. This
solution flows from the solution tank to the main solution valve, located behind the broom housing, near the
center of the machine. Solution flows out of the main valve through the proportioning valve, through the
solution manifolds and onto the floor at the center of each of the (4) scrub brushes.
The proportioning valve assures that an equal amount of solution flows to each of the (4) scrub brushes.
An optional solution heater may be installed between the main solution valve and the proportioning valve. The
heater raises the temperature of the water approximately 45 degrees F.
No filters are used in the solution system.
