HOPPER ADJUSTMENTS

Remove the broom from the broom housing.

Look into the broom housing to see if the seals at the sides of the hopper opening are parallel to and
sealed against the sides of the broom housing.

If they are not, adjust hopper angle bolts “A” (see Figure 6). Turn the bolts counter-clockwise to raise the
front of the hopper. Turn the bolts clockwise to lower the front of the hopper. Adjust both bolts equally.

Watch channel “B” (see Figure 7) as you lower the hopper. Channel “B” should flex 1/8 inch downward
after the hopper stops moving. If the channel does not flex or flexes more than 1/8 inch, the stroke of the
hopper lift cylinder should be adjusted.
