GENERAL INFORMATION
The scrub brush system consists of 4 disc-type scrub brushes, 2 gear boxes driven by a hydraulic motor. A
cogged belt transmits power from the motor to the right gear box. A flexible coupler is used to connect the left
gear box to the right gear box. For lubrication, the brush drive gear cases use 140W gear lube.
The brush drive assembly is raised and lowered by a hydraulic cylinder, controlled by a switch on the dash-
board. The brush motor automatically starts when the brushes are lowered and stops when they are raised.
