SQUEEGEE LIFT SYSTEM TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem: Squeegee will not go up (stuck in down position)

Start the engine and check to see if the hopper will move up and down and if the dump door will open.

If the hopper lift and hopper dump door operate properly, go to step 4.

If the squeegee lift, hopper lift or hopper dump door do not operate, stop the engine and go to step 2.

Check fuse F5 (see Figure 12).

If the fuse is blown, replace it.

If fuse is not blown, go to step 3.
