Options

The following options are available for acquiring the wavelength sensitivity correction data or calibration
data of the sensor. Specify the option when ordering.

•

Wavelength sensitivity correction option and calibration wavelength addition option
Wavelength sensitivity correction option:

The wavelength sensitivity of each sensor is measured and corrected when cal-
ibrating. (The standard model of the 82311B and 82321B is corrected by using
the typical value.)

Calibration wavelength addition:

The calibration is performed at other wavelengths in addition to the standard
specification. (More than one wavelength can be specified.)
