The Tone Setup page permits you to adjust Bass,
Midrange, and Treble levels as well as turn on or
off the Loudness contour filter and the Limiter.
You can also store up to four Tone Presets on
this page. Again, Tone Preset 1 can be used as
the Turn On preset which will include levels and
filters.
Use the Mode knob to navigate between
features.
Use the Volume knob to set levels or turn
the Loudness and Limiter on and off.
The Loudness contour filter is an
active filter that enhances bass lev-
els especially at low volume levels.
As volume is increased the effect
of the Loudness filter is lowered.
The Limiter filter assists in preventing volume
peaks from being too loud, especially when the
volume level is high. At high levels, the limiter
helps prevent sharp spikes in volume.
