3.1.3 Installing a network bridge under Windows XP
The network bridge is required for routing network packs from/to the device with other network participants.
Go to Start / Settings and double-click to
open the network connections. A LAN
connection option can usually be found
on each Windows XP PC which is
connected to a network.
After installing the remote NDIS driver
and switching on the device in the
docking station connected by USB to the
PC, another LAN connection appears.
Press the "CTRL" key and at the same
time click both LAN connections with the
mouse to highlight the connections.
Right-click to display the Bridge
connections option in the context menu.
The required Network bridge option is
installed.
The network bridge is correctly installed
and appears in the Network connections
in its own section.
