6.3 O/S Watchdog Timer

The optimal default is

Disabled

The O/S Watchdog Timer is designed to determine the successful operating system
boot and initialization.

Feature can be enabled in Setup; hence special Management Software is required to
shut off timer after the OS loads.

6.4 O/S Wtd Timer Timeout

10 minutes

The timer can be set from 5 minutes to approximately 20 minutes

If the O/S Watchdog timer is not disabled by special Management Software after OS
load, the system generates a

6.6 BMC Self Test Log

The BMC self test reporting into UEFI firmware can be managed here.
