The next generations of 64‐bit, multi‐core processors coming with this SBC are based
on the low‐power/high‐performance Nehalem micro‐architecture with an integrated
graphics and memory controller die known as a multi‐chip package (MCP)

processor.

The thermal solution to maintain temperatures of the processor core and
graphics/memory core within operating limits can be controlled with the following
features.
