Unplug the IRS umbilical’s pulse air
connector at the IPC. Let the IPC vent any
remaining pressure.

When the IPC is done venting (i.e., when air
flow out of the IPC stops), unplug the IRS
umbilical’s powder connection.

Carefully vacuum powder in the IRS umbilical
from the IPC bulkhead connector end.

Pass the vacuum quickly over the IPC powder
outlet to loosen powder in the IPC internal
piping.
