MIB This trap is generated in response to
either of these conditions:

If one of the ports in a resilient link
pair changes state, which causes a
switchover of the active port.
■
If there was no active port and a port
has become active.
31 Resilient Link No
Switch Trap 3C Resilient link
MIB This trap is generated when one of the
ports in a resilient link pair changes state
but does
not cause a switchover of the
active port. If such a switchover occurs,
trap 30 is generated.

Master VRRP MIB The sending agent transitioned from
Backup
state to
Master
state.

Authentication
Failure VRRP MIB A VRRP packet is received from a router
whose authentication failed. The
authentication failure under this trap is
sub-divided under three types:
