Configuring the Backup Router

Switching from

Master Router to

Backup Router

To see how the Backup router assumes Master router responsibilities, 
disable the Master Router, then display the VRRP configuration. The 
display shows that the IP address of the Master has changed to that of 
the former backup virtual router.
