Portal Functions for Setting up a Study
CREATE A PATIENT

Login to the Portal.
Click Create Patient on the Portal home
screen.
A unique patient will be created by the HCP in the Patient Information Portal.

Enter the patient details; the required
fields are marked with an asterisk.
Click Save Patient. The patient will be
entered into the database.

Login to the Portal.
Select the patient.
Click on the patient’s name on the top of
the Patient Information screen.
Press Start New Study at the bottom of
the Patient Details section.
Select the Study Type ordered (i.e.
Baseline Study or OA Study).
START A STUDY
Prior to each MATRx plus Study, the HCP will create a unique study in the Patient Information Portal. The MATRx
plus Tablet will access this information in preparation for the patient’s at-home sleep study.
