Do not use the vacuum cleaner without the
inlet filters and the outlet filter installed.
Always replace damaged filters with original,
brand new ones.
After-work procedures, cleaning, and
maintenance

Press the on/off button
to stop the vacuum cleaner.

Remove the plug of the cord from the socket.

Wind the cord by pressing the cord winder button
.
Hold the cord when doing it to avoid tangling the cord up or
letting the plug hit the vacuum cleaner.

Disconnect the telescopic suction pipe from the nozzle or
brush.

Disconnect the telescopic suction pipe from the hose.

Press the buttons located at the tip of the hose, then
remove the hose from the vacuum cleaner inlet.

The vacuum cleaner may be stored in a vertical
or horizontal position. In horizontal position, insert the
combination carpet & floor brush hook into its clip on the
back of the vacuum cleaner. The hose may stay attached to
the vacuum cleaner as long as it is not bent too much during
storage.

If needed, wipe the appliance casing with a damp cloth
(you may add some washing-up liquid), let it air dry or wipe
it dry.
Do not use any scrubbing agents or solvents.
Examples of problems you may encounter
when using the vacuum cleaner

You
can
hear
characteristic clatter in the
vacuum cleaner indicating
the activation of the
safety valve and the knob
backlight turns red.
• Check the CYKLON dust container
and other accessories. Remove the
reason for the clog-up or empty and
clean the CYKLON dust container.
• Replace or clean the filters.
The vacuum cleaner works
less efficiently.
Empty and clean the CYKLON dust
container, replace or clean the filters,
check the suction pipe, the hose, and
the nozzle – remove the reason for
the clog-up.
The cut-out of the
wiring system has been
triggered.
Check if there are any other devices,
besides the vacuum cleaner, plugged
into the same electrical circuit. If the
cut-out is triggered again, have
the vacuum cleaner repaired in
a servicing center.
The vacuum cleaner does
not work; the body or the
power cord is damaged.
Have the vacuum cleaner repaired in
a servicing center.

Remove the foam inlet filter

is dirty, you may replace it with a new one, clean it or
rinse it with running water. Before reinstalling the filter, make
sure it is dry.
The main function of the foam inlet filter

is to protect the
inlet filter

against excessive dirt.
For safety reasons it is unacceptable to install
a wet or damaged foam inlet filter (16).

Clean the pleats of the inlet filter

, and if the filter is
damaged, it should definitely be replaced with a new one.
If the inlet filter

is dirty, you may replace it with a new
one, clean it or rinse it with running water. Before reinstalling
the filter, make sure it is dry.
For safety reasons it is unacceptable to install
a wet or damaged inlet filter (16).

Situate the new/rinsed foam inlet filter in the previously
determined spot.

Place the new/rinsed inlet filter
(16)
in the previously
determined spot in the dust container.

Replace the CYKLON dust container with pre-filter
(16)
in the vacuum cleaner A characteristic “click” signalizes the
container has been properly installed.
We advise you to replace the inlet filter (16)
with a new one every 6 months of use.
Do not use the vacuum cleaner without
the inlet filter (16) installed in the CYKLON
dust container. If the inlet filter is not there,
it is impossible to situate the CYKLON dust
container in the vacuum cleaner.
HEPA H13 OUTLET FILTER

In order to replace the outlet filter

press the
fastening on the cover of the filter, and remove the cover of
the filter from the vacuum cleaner.

Grasp the handle located on the outlet filter
(15)
frame,
tilt the frame towards you and pull out of the vacuum cleaner.
If the outlet filter
(15)
is dirty, you may replace it with a new
one, clean it or rinse it with running water. Before reinstalling
the filter, make sure it is dry.
For safety reasons it is unacceptable to install
a wet or damaged outlet filter (15).

Install the outlet filter
(15)
in the vacuum cleaner in such
a way that the two tabs on the left side of the frame align with
the holes in the vacuum cleaner casing.

Lock the frame on the right side so that the tabs in the
frame grip the holes in the vacuum cleaner casing.

Replace the filter cover so that two tabs on top of the
cover grip the holes in the vacuum cleaner casing.

Push the filter cover so that the tab locks onto the casing.
A characteristic “click” signalizes the cover has been properly
installed.
