VGD Count
Displays the number of times the Stall Detector Board
output voltage goes above the High Limit setpoint
while the compressor is running. The VGD Time and
Count can be cleared simultaneously using the VGD
Cycle Count/Timer key displayed in ADMIN access
level. Maximum value is 999999 and will automati-
cally rollover when the count is exceeded.
VGD Time

Displays the accumulated time the Stall Detector Board
output voltage is greater than the High Limit Setpoint
while the compressor is running. The VGD Time and
Count can be cleared simultaneously using the VGD
Cycle Count/Timer key displayed in ADMIN access
level. Maximum value is 999999 and will automati-
cally rollover when the count is exceeded.
Control Status
If the compressor is running, displays the current state
of the VGD control. The states are: Stall Waiting, Stall
Reacting, Probing, Surge Reacting, Surge Waiting, Hot
Gas Override, VGD Position Override, PRV Position
Override.
Time Remaining
Displays the time remaining in the “Probe Wait Time”
interval (value programmed as the Probe Wait Time
Setpoint) while the VGD is in the Stall Waiting state or
Surge Waiting State.
Diffuser Gap Control Mode
Indicates whether the VGD is under manual (open,
close, hold) or automatic control.
Programmable
[VGD] Open
(Manual)
This key puts the VGD in manual mode and sends an
open command to the VGD.
[VGD] Close
(Manual)
This key puts the VGD in manual mode and sends a
close command to the VGD.
[VGD] Hold
(Manual)
This key puts the VGD in manual mode and sends a
hold command to the VGD.
[VGD] Auto
This key returns the VGD to automatic mode.
VGD Count/Timer Clear
Access Level required: ADMIN
Allows clearing of the VGD Count and Time simulta-
neously.

Move to the subscreen that allows programming of the
Variable Geometry Diffuser setpoints.
Calibration
Access Level Required:
SERVICE
Only available if compressor 2 is stopped. Moves to
the subscreen that allows calibration of compressor 2
VGD.
