Function Performs calibration and queries the result.
Syntax *CAL?
Example *CAL?
Description If the calibration terminates normally, “
0
” is
returned. If abnormality is detected, a non-zero
value is returned. There is another calibration
execution command. For details, see page 9-
12.

Function Clears the standard event register, extended
event register, and error queue.

command. Because the instrument does not
support overlap commands, the command is
discarded.
