7.2 Parameter Setting
[Aborting the Setting Operation]
Press the [MODE] key. Normally, the [MODE] key is used to move from the measurement
(<MEASURE>) mode to a mode at the operation level. It also used to return to the measurement
mode from other modes.
7.2.1 Parameter Setting at Measurement Level
1. Measuring Range Selection Mode
Operate the keys as shown below to switch between the hydrogen purity meter and replacement
(substituents-concentration) meter.

