Explanation

The measurement time is the time elapsed from the trigger input to the falling edge of the
EOM signal.
The pulse width of the EOM signal (from the falling edge to the rising edge) can be
selected from the following choices.
0.1 ms, 5 ms, 10 ms, 15 ms
