Prepare the communication cables as shown in
A - Sheath
B - Shield
C - Use electrical tape or shrink
tubing to insulate the cable.

Connect the communication cables to the terminal block as shown in
.
Make sure that the terminal block TB1 is firmly fixed when you connect the
terminal block TB1 to the circuit board.
Tighten the screws to a correct tightening torque:
• 0.22 to 0.25 N•m (0.0 to 0.0 in•lb)

Make sure that you correctly connect the wires and that you did not accidentally
pinch wire insulation in the terminals.
Trim any frayed wires.
WARNING
Fire Hazard. Tighten all terminal screws to the correct tightening
torque. Connections that are too loose or too tight can cause incorrect operation and damage
to the drive. Incorrect connections can also cause death or serious injury from fire.
NOTICE
Do not let wire shields touch other signal lines or equipment. Insulate
the wire shields with electrical tape or shrink tubing. If you do not insulate the wire shields, it
can cause a short circuit and damage the drive.
