Drive shaft and lower case
5. Install:
• Water inlet cover (STBD) “1”
• Water inlet cover (PORT) “2”
• Nut “3”
• Water inlet cover screw “4”
TIP:
After installing the water inlet covers, make
sure that there is no rattling.
Assembling the drive shaft
1. Install:
• Tapered roller bearing inner race “1”
Assembling the oil seal housing
1. Install:
• Oil seal “1”
Water inlet cover screw
1.0 N·m (0.10 kgf·m, 0.73 lb·ft)
Bearing inner race attachment “2”
