Check the starter relay input voltage.
Check the wire harness for continui-
ty.
Starter motor malfunction
Disassemble and check the starter
motor.
Starter motor oper-
ates, but the engine
does not crank
Stuck piston or crankshaft
Disassemble and check the power
unit.
Stuck drive shaft
Check the drive shaft bushing.
Disassemble and check the lower
unit.
