When user use IE client to visit Hybrid NDVR server, If connect
successfully, there will be four partitions blue window. If connect unsuccessfully,
the reasons possibly are:
1. The Web server port has been used by other programs;
2. Your computer didn
’t download the player plug normally. The reason
may be the jurisdiction of your computer is too high, or your computer
has plug filter.
