3.55 Fax and Copy Operations
Adding Documents To a Scheduled
Operation
You can add documents to a delayed transmission and polling
transmission previously entered into memory.

Adjust the document guides to match the width of the
document. Load your document
face down into the
automatic document feeder until it is grasped and pulled
into the machine. If necessary, adjust Resolution and
Contrast. For details, see page 3.13.

Press the Advanced FAX button. The display shows the
first menu; “BROADCASTING.”

Press or until “ADD SCHEDULE” appears, and
press the Start/Enter button. The display shows the
operation, time and name currently reserved in
memory.

Press or repeatedly until you find the operation to
which you want to add documents, then press the
Start/Enter button.
The machine automatically adds the new documents to
the pages already in memory, and displays the memory
capacity and the number of pages.

After storing, the machine briefly displays the total
number of pages, then returns to Standby mode.
