X-Axis Bias Spring

(PL2.21)

Remove the printhead (page 8-16).

Caution

The spring is in close proximity to the drum. Be careful with the removal
tools and the spring to ensure that you do not damage the drum.

Using your hands, a spring hook, or pliers, remove the X-axis bias spring from
inside the printer cavity.

Replacement Note:

Note

Do not rotate the spring more than 1/4 turn.
