Note:
To avoid jams and misfeeds, do not remove paper from its packaging until you are ready to
use it.

Load the paper in the tray:
With Duplex Unit
Without Duplex Unit
Insert the paper long-edge feed, with the print side face
down and the top edge to the right. Load hole punched
paper with the holes facing the front of the tray.
Insert the paper long-edge feed, with the print side face
up and the top edge to the right. Load hole punched
paper with the holes toward the back.
Insert large-format paper short-edge feed, with the print
side face down and the top edge facing the front of the
tray. Load hole punched paper with the holes to the left.
Insert large-format paper short-edge feed, with the print
side face up and the top edge facing the back of the
tray. Load hole punched paper with the holes to the left.
Notes:
•
Do not load paper above the maximum fill line. Overfilling the tray can cause the printer to
jam.
•
For faster print speeds, load paper long-edge feed.
7.
If previously removed, reinsert the tray into the printer.
