Description and Operation
All Page
At default, one of the flexible buttons is
preprogrammed as
an “All Page” b
utton.
From an idle telephone you m

Answering Machine

This feature “Mimics” the call
screening
feature of an answering machine.
Within
a specific time after a call is answered by
a
n
extensio
n users’ vo
ice mailbox,
that
user can monit
or/screen caller
s as they lea
ve
a message.
The extension
user will receiv
e a warning
to
ne, which indicates that a call
er has
been answered
by their voice mailbox.
The user has t
he option to monit
or the
caller or ignore
the alert and
allow the ca
ller to leave a mess
age. Once the
user
has selected to monitor the caller, they
have
the option to le
ave the caller
undisturbed (leaving a mess
ag
e) or to re
tr
ieve the caller fr
om the voice mailbox
and be connect
ed to the caller for a live conversation.
Operation
1)
Call Rings an e
xtension, eithe
r directly or from the auto att
endant.
2)
The call is forwarded, if programmed, to the user’s voice ma
ilbox.
3)
The Voice mail
button (center navigati
on) will flash rapidly,
which is
your indication that someone is
in your mailbox leaving a message.
4)
After the cente
r button is pressed, the calling party will be heard.
5)
Lift the handse
t to retrieve the
caller from the voice mailbox.
6)
To exit and not retrieve the caller
, press the left navigation
button
