CO Line Ringi

Each extensio

Conference –
3-way
An extension may conferenc
e two extern
al
parties, or one
internal and on

external party, together so that they
may
all converse. (Privacy Release ma

affect the oper
ation of this feature) A
conference call cannot be recorded.
The
system can h
ave two, 3-way
calls simultaneously.
1)
Put the first cal
l on Hold
2)
Make the
second intercom call or CO Line call. After the third party
answers the ca
ll press the “Conf” button.
3)
The three parties will be jo
ined
together in a conference.

speak
with
the outside party. The second extension’s
line button will turn green
allowing
the second extension to press the button
and have someone else join in on the
call.
