Conversati
on Recording
– Voice Mail

Extensions come with a prep
rogrammed
button which gives them the abil
ity to
record the current conversation. Often
referr
ed to as One Touch Record this
feature is extremely helpful fo
r remembering telephone numbers or addresses
when a pen
an
d paper are
not readily availa
ble. The recording is placed in the
user’s personal
mailbox so that they ma
y liste
n at a more convenient time.

Daylight Savi
ngs – Autom
atic (Using CID)
The system

es caller ID to set and re
synchronize, the date and time (requires
a subscription to the telephone networks
’ caller ID feature).
In addition to
setting the time and date it is
also used
to adjusts the time for daylight sa
vings.

Dial “9” from an idle telephone to access an
available CO Li
ne. If all CO Lines are
busy, a beep t
one is heard and the telepho
ne will not get
access to the li
ne.
