CommPortal Dashboard

The CommPortal Dashboard is shown when you log into CommPortal and gives you an at-a-glance summary
of your phone line. In this section we’ll examine the Dashboard in more detail.

Here is an example Dashboard:

Messages

In the top left hand corner you can see if you have any new voice messages:

To view and listen to new messages, click on the

voicemail

link. This will take you to the Messages & Calls

page, which is described in Section 11.
