Personnel registration mode
In this operating mode, each programmed WMF waiter’s
pen must be registered in the WMF multicounter in order to
have access to product dispensing.
The waiter’s registration operation is thus designed to
monitor the waiter’s working hours. To “sign on“ proceed
as follows:
1.
Put the waiter’s pen
23
in the waiter’s lock
15
, until
display indicates waiters number:
Waiter pen
-- No Access --
2.
Press
“AN 3“
key.
The WMF multicounter memorizes the waiter’s registration
time. At the end of the day, the waiter has to sign off:
1.
Put the waiter’s pen
23
in the waiter’s lock
15
, until
display indicates waiter number:
2.
Press
“AB 2“
key.
When the waiter signs out, a short statement including sales
data and registration times will be printed out automatically.
The registered daily turnover for this waiter will not be
deleted. The turnover remains registered until it is deleted
during the accounting process. (see
7.4.2
ACCOUNTING
OPERATION)
The WMF waiter pen can be signed on at any time.
However, the previous registration times will be erased and
the new time will be memorized.
Time-price operation mode
In the time-price mode
only one of either price groups is
valid
. Only the pen programmed for the valid price group
has access to sales. Price groups can be switched
manually
(see
7.4.3
PROGRAMMING) at any time. In this case the
previously valid pen will be cancelled automatically and
those programmed for the new price group activated.
