Refill coolant

NOTICE

Risk of water within the CoatMaster.

The use of tab water as a coolant can lead to corrosion

of component in contact with water.

To cool the CoatMaster use only the Winterthur Instrument coolant contained in the scope of
delivery.

Refill coolant into the cooling unit

To assure good CoatMaster performance and reliability, the Winterhur Instruments coolant con-‐
tainied in the scope of delivery has to be filled into the cooling unit regularly. The consumption de-‐
pends on the environmental conditions and the application of the device.
To refill the coolant:

•

Connect the filling tube with the funnel to the fill connection of the cooling unit.

•

Connect the ventilation tube to the vent connection of the cooling unit.

•

Carefully refill coolant into the funnel until a liquid column becomes visible in the ventilation
tube. The coolant level has then reached the maximum and the tubes can be removed now.
