Enter the password and then press #. (The password for the recording system
is same as your mailbox password. The default password is blank.)

Follow the system prompts, press 1 to play the latest recording or press 2 to
check the recording by entering date and time. Please follow the procedure
below to assist you in listening to the recording.
In the recording system, you can press * anytime to return to the previous menu.
When you play the recording, you can press 0 (zero) to skip the time stamp
announcement of the recording.
You are only able to play the latest or previous or next recording for the current
day. When you enter the time of the reached recording, the system will play the
recent recording after the time.
You can play the recording of another extension from your extension. Please press
the Play button and enter the password to access to the system. Then press # and
follow the system prompts to enter the extension number and password to play
the recording.
