8.0. Service
8.10. Changing drive belt
ATTENTION !
Only perform maintenance work
when the TERRA SPIKE is
mounted. Switch off the
tractor and secure it against
unintentional starting.
1.
Remove the side guard
(A)
by
uniformly loosening the hex
bolts.
2.
The tensioner pulley lever
with tensioner pulley
(B)
must be completely relieved
of tension for the removal
of the drive belt.
3.
Loosen and turn the upper
locknut
(C)
upwards.
4.
Loosen and remove the lower
nut
(D)
.
5.
Loosen and turn the hex nut
(E)
upwards.
6.
Carefully loosen the hex nut
(F)
because the compression
spring
(G)
is under tension.
7.
Remove the compression
spring with the spring
washers
8.
Remove both setscrews
(H)
. Screw a
setscrew
(H)
into the hole
(J)
until
the two-part V-belt pulley has
been loosened. Remove the V-belt
pulley from the shaft.
9.
Remove drive belt.
